At Condoms, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion purchases; if you are not, you can return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
